How do I place an order on-line?
Just click the "Buy" button to chose a item and quantity, then click the "Update" button. Continue shopping by clicking the " Continue Shopping" button. when you have completed your shopping, click the "Check-out" button. To check out, select the destination and shipping method from the menu, then click the "Next" button. Continue to fill out your information by click the "Customer Info" button. We need your first and last name, billing & shipping addresses, and credit card information. you can rest assure that all of information you provide is private and secure. Then just follow the on-screen directions to complete you so easy. Or, if you prefer to place your order over the phone by calling (909)-861-8360, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time).

How do I know for sure that you received my order?
Immediately after you click the "submit" button you will see a screen that says "Thank you for your order". This is your first sign that your order is being sent. You will receive an confirmation e-mail from us within approximately 1 hour with your order. If you would like an immediate copy of your order, please print the "check-out" page before submitting your order.

How do I return or exchange merchandises that I bought on-line?
Merchandise Returns/Exchanges:
Simply complete the RMA Replacement Request or RMA Refund Request on line to request a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 8 days after the day of issuance. The RMA number must be prominently displayed only on the shipping label of boxes containing returned goods. Do not mark the boxes themselves. Any product returned without a RMA number, incomplete and/or not in like new condition, with an RMA number over 8 days old, will be refused (No Exceptions). Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material. A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned products. Returned goods must be freight insured by you. Products returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via UPS Ground or other Carrier at our discretion. Yes Depot reserves the right to charge shipping, handling and labor if the product(s) received for repair is non-defective. No CROSS-SHIPPING SERVICE, Yes Depot must receive the product(s) first before sending out the replacement (No Exceptions). We will ship your exchange as soon as possible, but please allow four weeks from the time you mailed your package back to us to process your exchange. For returns, we will credit your original method of payment less shipping and handling charges. It will take approximately four weeks to process your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two billing statements for your credit to appear.

What payment methods do you have available?
We accept the following credit cards for on-line purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus,
and PayPal. There is no finance charges apply to credit card purchases.

What are the methods for shipping?
For packages arriving via UPS Ground will take (3-6) working days, depending on location.
UPS 3-Day Select will take (3) working days.
UPS 2nd Day will take (2) working days.
UPS Next Day Saver will take (1) working day.
For packages arriving via Postal Express Mail will take (1 ) working day and Priority Mail will take (2-3) working days. APO will take 1-2 weeks.
