WARRANTY
- Warranty is void if original packaging is not used. Missing manuals, accessories or disks are not in.
- All products purchased from YDI excluding CPU carry a one year parts and labor limited warranty.
- Computer Systems have a 1 year parts and labor warranty and a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (Excluding CPU)
- Parts and peripherals carry a 1 year warranty (NO Money Back Warranty is expressed or implied)
- CPU (OEM) Chips carry a 30 day warranty,
- CPU (Retail ) carry 3 years warranty by manufacturer.
- Some products may have a longer manufacturer's warranty. Manufacture's warranty is strictly through the manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover any misuse, abuse, shipping damage, or any modification to YDI products by any person not authorized by YDI. For any defective merchandise that has passed out of market or for some reason can not be obtained in any way, YDI will do everything possible to have the item repaired. If repair is not possible, then the merchandise will be taken in at PRO-RATE Value. The customer is asked to pay the current list price for a new replacement minus the Pro-Rate value of the defective merchandise.

"30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE " / CREDIT / REFUND
- In order to qualify for refund under this policy the following requirements must be satisfied:
- Call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Package all merchandise in ORIGINAL packaging.
- The Computer and all other merchandise on the invoice MUST be shipped prior to the 30th calendar day after the invoice date.
- Provide PROOF of shipping date if required. Failure to provide proof of shipping date will invalidate your RMA and a restocking fee will apply.
- All merchandise returned for Credit/Refund must meet the following conditions:
- All Credit / Refund returns must have a RMA number.
- All merchandise MUST BE in LIKE NEW and Re-sellable condition in their ORIGINAL package. The customer's credit / refund request will be denied if the merchandise is not in LIKE NEW condition. All merchandise should not show any sign of use or marking.
- All merchandise should be returned with all manuals and accessories. The customer agrees to compensate YDI for any items missing from the original package at a rate of no less than 30% of the item's invoice price.
- Shipping fees are not refundable or creditable. (All shipping fees have been paid at your request to the carrier and services have been rendered by that carrier.)
- No Credit / Refund requests after 30 days will be accepted.
- All Credit / Refunds are based on current market price instead of invoice price (Not to Exceed Invoice Price)
- All Credit / Refunds are refunded at current market value (Not to Exceed Invoice Price) minus a 15% restocking fee, minus all shipping charges, minus any missing or damaged items, minus replacement packaging fees. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHIPPING
- The customer is expected to inspect merchandise shipped from YDI for missing items, wrong items or any other mishaps and report errors within 2 working days by calling YesDepot Customer Service Department. No such claim can be made after 2 days.
- If the customer finds merchandise damaged in shipping, the customer is responsible for making a claim to the carrier (IE: UPS, FEDEX) for this shipment within a certain period depending on the carrier. YDI is not responsible for any loss as a result of this damage.
- SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.

PAYMENT
- Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms specified on the front of the invoice.
- All customers requiring C.O.D. Company Check or NET terms may apply for such terms by submitting a completed credit application to be approved within 3 to 5 weeks by our credit department. Please contact your sales representative for detail.
- Any order placed under PREPAID terms will not be shipped until the payment has cleared through our bank.
- Customers with returned checks or past due payments will be re-evaluated for credit status.
- An interest charge of 1.75% per month will be added to past due accounts.
- A Service charge of US$20.00 will be assessed for each returned check.
- The ownership of any merchandise shipped from YDI will remain with YDI until payments from the customer are cleared through our bank.
- All shipments will be made FOB Diamond Bar, CA. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred, including freight charges for any refused shipments.

RETURN / EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
- RMA Numbers are valid for only 8 days from issue date, and must be received on or before the 8th day.
- Under no circumstances will replacement merchandise be shipped prior to the receipt of defective merchandise.
- Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for a reasonable amount by the customer YDI is not responsible for any loss or damage for such merchandise. (Monitors and Computer Systems must be shipped in original packaging or they will be refused.)
- No repairs, modifications or adjustments may be done without prior authorization by YDI Installation of optional parts or upgrades is authorized without invalidating the Warranty. However, any damage caused in the installation process is not covered by the Warranty.
- Requirements for RMA: YDI will not process RMA requests if these terms are not followed.
- Please call customer service department for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. Any package received at the YDI dock without an RMA number or by C.O.D. WILL BE REFUSED.
- All merchandise must be tested to make sure the item is defective. If items are returned and no problem is found, the merchandise will be returned to customer by freight collect and may be subject to a service charge of not less than $35.00.
- Included all manuals and accessories for all returned merchandise. Failure to do so may delay your RMA processing.
- Explanation of defect or problem MUST be provided or the item may be returned to the customer without being repaired.
- Proof of purchase (Copy of Original Invoice) is required and must be provided for each returned item.
- Serial numbers must match the serial numbers on the original invoice that was provided as proof purchase.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the shipping label for each box. (Do not mark up the shipping box if you expect a refund. If the box is written on, you will be charged for a new box.)
- RMA will only be given to the original purchaser and no warranty will be honored if the merchandise was not sold directly by YDI.
- No cross-shipping service. YDI must receive the defective merchandise in advance in order to ship a replacement. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
